Do you require a minimum order? TOP
Our minimum order for cards printed on glossy or matte photo paper is 20, while cards printed on metallic photo paper have a minimum of 25. Cards printed on card stock are sold in sets of 25.
Can I change the colors/fonts/wording on a card? TOP
Yes. All of the templates that you see on this site can be changed in any way that you desire. This includes color, font, wording, number of pictures, occasion the card is for, or anything else you can think of. For example, you can turn a card you see in the birth announcements category into a wedding thank you note. We would like your card to be exactly the way you envision it. Contact us if you have an idea for a card but don't see anything similar on this site to see if it is possible for us to make it for you.
How do I order a card? TOP
First, find the card that you like on the site. Fill out the form on the card's page, giving all necessary information and any changes you would like made. Next, proceed to checkout to pay. At the end of the checkout process you will be redirected back to a page on this website that will allow you to upload your photos. Once your photos are sent you will receive a digital proof within 48 hours. You can make any changes to the proof that you would like and will receive an unlimited number of proofs until you are satisfied. At that point, your card will be printed and shipped to you.
Are your cards professionally printed? TOP
Yes, all of our cards (photo paper and card stock) are professionally printed. Please refer to our paper options page for further information about the types of paper we offer.
How long does it take to receive my order? TOP
This will depend based on the number of proofs it requires to get the card exactly the way you want it and the type of card you have chosen. Please refer to our turnaround time page for detailed information about order times. If you need to receive your order in a hurry, you can purchase rush processing for $20. Rush processing will cut your proof and lab time in half and can be selected on the checkout page.
Are you able to do any editing to my pictures? TOP
Photo editing is done free of charge. I can crop, reduce red eye, spot heal (remove any blemishes etc.), make photos black and white or sepia, and remove backgrounds. Please let me know about any photo editing you would like done in the space provided when you upload your photographs.
Can I use professional photos? TOP
Professional photos can only be used with a release from the photographer. We cannot use any pictures taken professionally without this release. If you plan on using professional pictures please email me a release form. By submitting pictures to me without a release you are taking full responsibility for the copyrights of the photo.
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
Our online shopping cart accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and payments through PayPal. After paying you will be redirected to our site to upload photos.
What are print your own cards? TOP
If you choose the 'print your own' option instead of actual printed cards you will receive a high resolution jpeg file, which you can then print out as many times as you want where ever you choose. Envelopes are not provided with this option.
What do you charge for shipping? TOP
Should I edit my pictures before I send them to you? TOP
No. Please send unedited photographs and we can do the editing for you. When you submit pictures to us after checkout just let us know what editing you would like done. Please set your digital camera to a high setting when taking pictures in order to ensure good resolution in your card. If you are scanning a picture please scan it at 600 dpi (dots per inch), if possible.
Can you make thank you notes that match birth announcements? TOP
Yes. We can make matching notes for any of the birth announcements or invitations on the site. Just contact us about what you are interested in and we can put a proof together for you.
Can you create a new card for me? TOP
If you have an idea for a card, but don't see anything similar to it on this site we may be able to create it for you. Just contact us with your ideas and we will let you know if it is something we can do.
Do you offer rush service? TOP
Rush service is offered for an additional fee of $20.00. When rush service is purchased proofing time and photo processing time will be cut in half. Rush service does not effect shipping time. Expedited shipping must be purchased separately.
Do you offer refunds? TOP
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be offered a full refund. Once you have received a proof, you can choose to cancel your order, but will be charged a $20 design fee. Because of the personalized nature of our products we do not offer refunds on final printed products.
Will the colors in my printed card match my proof exactly? TOP
Because computer monitors are calibrated differently there may be some variance between how you viewed the colors in your proof and the final product you receive. To help avoid this, it may be helpful to view your proof on more than one computer screen.
